Great energy with a newly established team of banking executives.
In this workshop, the core objective was to establish "one team" and to make sure the team had a good kick start. Psychological safety and trust were at the heart of everything we did since this team will be faced with massive disruption and organizational change.
Again, using the agile methods of Liberating Structures is awesome…..25/10 being the most fun and engaging…..it is highly interactive, inclusive, fun, fast and productive and avoids lengthy discussions and decision taking processes that might be captured by only a few of the participants.
Looking forward to seeing this team again in the near future!!
